Multirange Motorised Insulation Testers

CIE multirange motorised insulation testers combine the sustained output capability of a mains-driven motor with the flexibility of selectable test voltage and resistance range. The dual-scale indicator displays two resistance ranges simultaneously via inner and outer scales, allowing the operator to read the correct value for the selected range combination without changing the indicator. This is particularly useful in commissioning environments where multiple items of equipment must be tested at different voltages.

The CIE/777/MR and CIE/777 HM/MR series cover the full range of industrial insulation testing requirements from 500 V to 10 kV, and are available in MR-A through MR-E configurations. They are used by protection engineers, commissioning teams, and maintenance departments at power utilities, railways, and heavy industry across India.
