About This Instrument
The DIT-2500 combines a digital insulation resistance tester with a full-function True-RMS digital multimeter in one handheld instrument. Insulation testing at five selectable voltages (100 V to 2500 V) with resistance measurement to 50 GΩ, including Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) and Polarization Index (PI) calculations. Also functions as a general-purpose multimeter: AC/DC voltage up to 1500 V, resistance to 60 MΩ, capacitance to 100 mF, continuity, diode test, and ACV-Hz frequency measurement. Powered by rechargeable Li-ion battery (3.7 V × 2). Safety rated CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V. Features data hold, backlight, and auto power-off. Dimensions: 189 × 89 × 55 mm. Weight: approx. 380 g.
