About This Instrument

The DIT-2500 combines a digital insulation resistance tester with a full-function True-RMS digital multimeter in one handheld instrument. Insulation testing at five selectable voltages (100, 250, 500, 1000 and 2500 V) with resistance measurement up to 50 GΩ at 2500 V, including Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR) and Polarization Index (PI) tests with timer. Also functions as a general-purpose multimeter: AC/DC voltage up to 1500 V, resistance to 60 MΩ, capacitance to 100 mF, frequency, continuity and diode test. Powered by rechargeable Li-ion batteries (3.7 V × 2). Safety rated CAT III 1000 V / CAT IV 600 V. Features data hold, backlight and auto power-off. Dimensions: 189 × 89 × 55 mm. Weight: approx. 380 g including battery.
